What is Metering & Electrical Solutions responsible for:

Do’s:

-Facilitate communication between the Builder/Developer and the Meter Provider (MP) to ensure smooth coordination.
-Validate the quarterly meter installation data received from the Builder/Developer, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Process rebates upon successful validation of the meter installation data submitted by the Builder/Developer.

Don’ts:
-Do not install the Meter—this task is handled by the Meter Provider (MP).
-Do not set up the electricity account—this is managed by the Builder/Developer in coordination with their retailer (e.g., Origin, AGL, Energy Australia).
-Do not handle technical, service, or delay-related issues with meter installation—these concerns should be addressed directly with the Meter Provider (MP).
